Our methodology: rankings, ratings and prices

Rating descending; ties are resolved by review count descending, then brand name alphabetically. No weighted composite score; prices, commissions and certificates do not influence this order. Providers without a published rating come last.

The ranking uses stored rating data dated April 2026. It is not a comprehensive assessment of a manufacturer's quality. Explicitly labelled alternative orders, such as alphabetical order or starting price, are separate.

The comparison names Google Reviews, Trustpilot and ProvenExpert as rating sources. Rating data: April 2026. A combined rating and total review count are stored for each provider.

For Klinker-Haus, Suckfüll-Haus, P&P Massivhaus and Weiott, there are currently not enough reviews to display a reliable rating. This is why they show “Ratings: not enough data yet”. This is not a zero-star rating; these providers appear last in the rating ranking.

For each eligible model, we divide its stored price by its own living area. The provider range runs from the lowest to the highest model rate, rounded to whole euros. Equal endpoints are displayed as a single value. The starting price is the lowest eligible model price.

Modules, Flying-Space models, extensions, tiny/mini houses and models under 50 m² are excluded from these figures. Models without a valid positive area or price are not included. They may remain in the model list; missing prices are shown as “on request”.

Completion levels are stated where recorded in the model data or model name. A range may therefore cover different completion levels and is not automatically a turnkey-only range.

Price-source notes on provider profiles are dated April 2026. There is no separate collection date for each model. Calculated figures use the stored data and are not binding purchase offers.

The service is free for prospective builders. fertig-haus.net is funded by referral commissions from providers for referred enquiries or consultation appointments. Commissions are not used in the ranking sort. Its order is determined exclusively by the rating sort described above.

The label states the profile year 2026. It is not an inspection seal or manufacturer certification. It does not establish daily price checks or verification of every profile statement. The provider data contain no individual update date for each provider.

Regional pages deliberately link to the official state development banks. Without dated evidence, we do not state state-level grant amounts or subsidy rates. Check current programmes, income limits and terms with the relevant bank. Federal KfW information is presented separately.
