Personal data includes any information that can identify you directly or indirectly, such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address or details of your planned construction project. Deutsche Neubau AG Ltd. is based in the United Kingdom. Where personal data of people in the European Union is processed and the GDPR applies, the relevant GDPR provisions apply. No data protection officer has been appointed because there is no legal obligation to do so.
5. Data we process
We may process your name, email address, phone number, address or location, details of your planned construction project, house type, floor area, completion level, budget and requested services, IP address, access date and time, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages viewed, technical server and log data, and voluntary form or message details.
6. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to provide and operate the website, handle contact and quotation enquiries, provide the cost calculator, house configurator and provider comparison, match information and quotations, forward enquiries to suitable providers where requested or consented to, communicate with users, prevent misuse, maintain security and improve our online service where consent or another legal basis exists.
7. Legal bases
Processing is based in particular on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in a secure, stable and user-friendly website.
8. Data collected when visiting the website
Technical data including IP address, access time, browser, operating system, referrer and pages viewed is processed automatically to deliver the website correctly, maintain stability and security and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
9. Hosting
Our external hosting provider is OnlyDomains, Level 8, 139 Quay Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. It may process server logs, IP addresses and access data on our behalf. Where required, an Article 28 GDPR processing agreement is in place. New Zealand is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection under Decision 2013/65/EU.
10. Contact forms and quotation enquiries
When you contact us by form or email, we process details such as your name, email, phone number, home or building location, planned house type, budget, completion level, project schedule, message and other voluntary information to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or, in other cases, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
11. Cost calculator, house configurator and provider comparison
These tools may process project details such as house type, floor area, completion level, foundation, basement, budget, region or desired start date to provide initial guidance on costs, house types or providers. Without direct contact, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Contact submissions are processed under Article 6(1)(b), and sharing with providers under your consent in Article 6(1)(a).
12. Sharing with prefabricated-house providers and partners
For quotation enquiries, details may be shared with selected manufacturers, construction companies, planning firms, regional or sales partners, finance or funding advisers where expressly requested, and other relevant service providers. Sharing occurs only where required for your enquiry or where you have consented. Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR can be withdrawn at any time for the future; Article 6(1)(b) may also apply where sharing is required to fulfil your request.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and comparable technologies. Essential cookies enable website, form and security functions under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG. Non-essential cookies for analytics, marketing, external media or personalised content are used only with prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can change cookie settings or withdraw consent at any time.
14. Consent management
If a consent-management tool is used, it records consent status and time and may process IP, browser, device and category data under Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR. No separate consent-management tool is currently active; this policy will be updated if that changes.
15. Google Ads and conversion tracking (Google Tag / gtag.js)
Only after your express consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures actions after advertisement clicks and may process cookies, IP address, browser and device information, referrer and interactions, including transfers to the USA. The bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Before consent, Google Tag is not loaded and Consent Mode v2 storage settings remain disabled. You may withdraw consent for the future. 16. External content and services
External fonts, maps, videos, captcha or other third-party functions may transmit IP, browser and usage data to their providers and, unless technically essential, load only with consent. Inter and Source Serif 4 fonts are served locally. Following consent, Google Ads may transfer personal data as described in section 15.
17. Email communication
When you email us, we process your address, message and other supplied personal data to handle the enquiry. Email can have security vulnerabilities and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f).
18. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as required for its purpose or statutory retention duties. Contact and quotation enquiries are deleted after final handling unless legal duties prevent this. Consent-based data is retained until withdrawal or the purpose ends. Server logs are regularly deleted or anonymised unless needed to investigate security incidents.
19. Recipients
Recipients may include hosting, IT and maintenance, email and communication, consent-management, analytics or tracking providers where used and consented to, prefabricated-house providers and construction partners for relevant enquiries, and tax advisers, legal advisers or authorities where legally required. Data is shared only where a legal basis exists.
20. Processing on our behalf
Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, we conclude Article 28 GDPR processing agreements. They may process data only under our instructions and for agreed purposes.
21. International transfers
Because Deutsche Neubau AG Ltd. is based in the United Kingdom, processing or transfers may involve the UK, for which an EU adequacy decision exists. Transfers to other countries outside the EU or EEA take place only with an appropriate legal basis, such as an adequacy decision or another safeguard under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
22. Requirement to provide data
You are generally not obliged to provide personal data. Certain details are required to handle contact forms, quotation enquiries, the configurator or comparable functions; without them, processing may not be possible.
23. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place.
24. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20), objection (21), withdrawal of consent (Article 7(3)) and complaint to a supervisory authority (77). 25. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw previously given consent at any time for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
26. Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
Where we process data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
27. Right to complain
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you believe processing infringes data protection law, particularly the authority for your habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
28. Security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure and continually adapt them to technological developments.

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect confidential transmissions. An encrypted connection is indicated by https:// and a lock symbol in the browser address bar.
